Consolidation Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Manager to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the technical management of our consolidation operations and the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical management of the consolidation operations, including the use of consolidation software and the Workiva tool.
• Preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support for new M&A companies during the initial consolidation phase, including IFRS conversion and purchase price allocations.
• Contact person for auditors regarding complex and new IFRS accounting and valuation issues.
• Preparation and development of uniform accounting standards and valuation regulations within the Group.
• Overall process-related responsibility for finalizing the monthly IFRS Group financial statements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics or a comparable field.
• At least 7 years of professional expertise in the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements.
• Experience in the use of a consolidation tool, preferably SEM-BCS.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
