Job Description

ConfiARTE is seeking a highly skilled IPTV Support Engineer to join our team in Deutsche Telekom project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for IPTV applications and products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IPTV-related issues
  • Communicate with customers to resolve technical queries
  • Configure and maintain IPTV systems and infrastructure
  • Perform maintenance tasks on servers, storage, and network devices
  • Ensure smooth operation of IPTV systems and applications
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures
  • Provide 24x7 service supervision through urgent on-call support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
  • Good knowledge and experience in IT industry, with expertise in IPTV products
  • Deep experience in Oracle Database, operating systems (Linux), and hardware (servers, storage, network devices)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python, Java)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
