As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Sortimo, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives our company's success. We are a leading provider of vehicle equipment, mobile transport solutions, shelving and container systems, with a strong presence in over 40 countries. Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining our customer database and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • You will also be responsible for customer consultations and sales support at our locations.
  • Additional tasks include creating and tracking sales offers, supporting our sales team, and conducting telephone sales and customer consultations.
  • You will also be responsible for selling small materials and accessories to our clients.
  • You will actively contribute to the design of our sales area.


Your Profile:

  • You hold a completed commercial or technical education (e.g. industrial saleswoman/man, saleswoman/man for wholesale and foreign trade management, saleswoman/man for marketing communication, etc.).
  • You have an open and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • You are self-motivated and work independently.
  • You have a secure handling of MS-Office and CRM programs.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
