Sicherheits- und Business Continuity Manager

Als Sicherheits- und Business Continuity Manager bei der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland sind Sie verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Notfallvorsorgemaßnahmen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Entwicklung von Konzepten, die Beratung von internen Zielgruppen und die Überwachung der Wirksamkeit der erarbeiteten Maßnahmen.
Ihre Aufgaben- Entwickeln Sie individuelle Notfallkonzepte in verschiedenen Anwendungsbereichen und übernehmen Sie die Beratung von internen Zielgruppen zum Umsetzen, Erhalten und Optimieren von Sicherheits- und Notfallvorsorgemaßnahmen.
- Erstellen Sie regelmäßige Kontrollen der Wirksamkeit der erarbeiteten Maßnahmen und evaluierten Sie die Ergebnisse im Rahmen einer kontinuierlichen Qualitätssicherung.
- Entwickeln Sie Sensibilisierungs- und Schulungskonzepte und bereiten Sie und begleiten Sie interne und externe Audits für die Optimierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulbildung (Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) mit sicherheitsrelevantem Schwerpunkt.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Sicherheitsmanagement und/oder Business Continuity Management.
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und Freude am gemeinsamen, lösungsorientierten Arbeiten.
- Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und durchsetzungsstarkes, verbindliches Auftreten.
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen, kurzen Dienstreisen.
