Logistics Project Coordinator (all genders)

The global warehouse and transport team at Bayer is responsible for various strategic and operational projects within the pharmaceutical and consumer health supply chain. Launch Logistics deals with the supply chain and transport setup of new products, including digital, technical, and sustainable solutions. Our team engages in cross-functional exchanges early in the product development process to ensure that a new product is transported and stored based on the best and most sustainable solutions.

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

  • Support the team regarding project management in the area of launch logistics.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, monitoring project progress, and deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations and status updates.
  • Support data analysis and evaluation, as well as present the developed analyses in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct internal and external research on various topics, especially in the field of digital, technical, and sustainable transport solutions for new Bayer products.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or similar.
  • Experience in project management in an international environment is desirable.
  • Interest and initial work experience in the areas of supply chain management and transport & warehousing.
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, further knowledge of analysis and visualization tools would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work creatively, analytically, and in a structured manner.
  • Strong communication skills and interest in working with international colleagues from a wide range of functions and disciplines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
