Financial Leadership Opportunity

HRS Group is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Team Lead to oversee the financial management of our German companies. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, as well as driving process optimization and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for HRS Group's German companies
  • Ensure ongoing accounting and payment transactions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Comply with legal and reporting requirements
  • Continuously optimize and develop existing financial processes
  • Operate in day-to-day business and month-end closing activities
  • Act as a contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and public authorities for the companies under your responsibility
  • Lead and coach a team of up to 5 people

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in business administration or comparable apprenticeship
  • Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards and German tax law
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as strong communication and implementation skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Navision, SAP, and MS Office is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
