Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing tech team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive in-person end-user support for both tools and hardware, as well as remote support to employees in other countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for end-users and IT staff.
  • Participate in change management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve IT services and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and IT staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
