Boston Consulting Group is a world leader in strategy consulting, and our Human Resources team plays a vital role in making us more than just a company – we're a community where every individual can thrive. As a Working Student-Human Resources, you'll join a highly motivated six-person team responsible for career development, working closely with your manager and colleagues to support the annual performance management process and contribute to the planning and execution of Career Development meetings.

We're looking for an exceptional candidate who shares our commitment to authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the work of all HR and training areas, develop your skills in data analysis, presentation creation, and team collaboration, and make a meaningful impact in business and society.

In this role, you'll provide active support in preparing and implementing performance reviews and salary adjustments, including assembling analyses, evaluations, data visualizations, and presentations. You'll also assist with meeting organization and follow-up, enter relevant data in Excel databases, and compile PowerPoint presentations for different stakeholders. About the Role

This is a full-time student position that requires flexibility, motivation, and a service mentality. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining a cool head in challenging situations. Our ideal candidate has excellent team and communication skills, very good MS Office skills (especially in MS Excel and MS Word), and a very good command of German and English.
