People Operations Manager UK

At Raisin, we're seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Global People Operations team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all related administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement processes to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure compliance with UK labor laws.
- Lead projects to centralize and standardize global people processes, ensuring seamless operations across the UK.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- University degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
