People & Culture Operations Manager

Job Title: People & Culture Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced People & Culture Operations Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for all HR administration issues, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll accounting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all People & Culture Operations processes from entry to exit of employees
- Develop and review HR documents, including employment contracts and contract amendments
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll accounting, including international payroll
- Manage visa processes and ensure compliance with labor and tax laws
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers on labor and contract law
- Develop and maintain HR software, including Factorial
- Collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance with labor and tax laws
- 5+ years of experience in a labor law HR function
- Strong knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Fluent in English and German, with high proficiency in French
