People Operations Manager UK

At Raisin, we're seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Global People Operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences across our international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, parental leave requests, and HRIS data management.
- Oversee the visa process for international employees and support their successful relocation.
- Collaborate with peer People Operations Managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless People Operations across the UK.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize Global People Operations based on learnings from business units.
- University degree or successfully completed apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational environment, preferably with knowledge of UK labor law.
- Strong knowledge of UK labor law and experience in international People Operations is advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery.
- Track record of leading projects and passion for operational HR work.
- Personal training budget of 2000€ and four full training days per year.
