Luxury Retail Manager

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our store in Hamburg, Neuer Wall, as part of Balenciaga Germany GmbH.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions within the store, while promoting brand engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and working efficiencies.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, and achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Support the Store Manager in creating a positive work environment, identifying and developing talent, and promoting brand culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
Requirements
- Significant experience in team management, store management, and luxury product sales.
- Excellent social skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to listen.
- Fluent English and ideally a second language.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and product and fashion culture.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
