Luxury Retail Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Luxury Retail Manager to join our team at Balenciaga Germany GmbH. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales and KPI goals, while promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the store.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Lead talent development and retention initiatives, creating a positive work environment and identifying, attracting, and developing top talent.
- Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally, and ensuring consistent execution of the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Develop clienteling mindset and client loyalty and retention strategies, building a network of influential individuals to promote client loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines, executing Retail Excellence guidelines in the store.
- Support the Store Manager in managing inventory activities and warehouse stock, challenging and improving current processes to drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Significant experience in team management, store management, and luxury product sales.
- Excellent social skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to listen.
- Service-oriented and persuasive, with a customer portfolio and knowledge of local customers.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and product and fashion culture.
- Fluent English and ideally a second language.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
