Control Centre Infrastructure Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control Centre Infrastructure Facility Manager to join our team at Rivada Space Networks GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and materializing the Rivada Control Centre, ensuring the smooth operation of our satellite network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Control Centres, from requirement finalization to planning and coordination of installations
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to collect quality, operational, and security needs
- Plan and maintain equipment and supplies to meet health and European safety standards
- Supervise facilities staff and external contractors, allocating office space according to needs
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- BSc in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field
- Proven experience as facilities manager
- Well-versed in technical operations and facilities management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to travel and work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and German
