Control Centre Facility Manager RoleWe are currently looking for a Control Centre Facility Manager to oversee the operations of our Rivada Control Centre in Germany. This role involves managing, planning, and maintaining the facility where our operational teams will control missions and provide services. As the Control Centre Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is well-functioning, safe, and conducive to effective work.
Your Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Control Centre, from finalizing requirements to coordinating installations
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather operational and security needs
- Supervise facilities staff and external contractors
- Allocate office space based on requirements
- Maintain equipment and supplies to meet safety standards
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a relevant field
- Proven experience as a facilities manager
- Strong technical operations and facilities management background
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Fluency in English and German
