Key Responsibilities- Project management, bedarfsanalyse, and quality management of IT solutions, taking into account the requirements of the respective departments
- Administration and operation of our virtualized server landscape (Windows and Linux) as well as network components and workstations (M365, Active Directory, Azure AD, monitoring, MDM, patch management, VMware, SAN, network, backup)
- Transnational support of information security, networks, and data centers (in-house and external)
- Site security (video surveillance, firewall, access control system, VLANs, certificates, NAC, locking systems)
- Implementation of security guidelines and measures to protect against cyber threats
- Support of the ISMS as well as audit support for ISO 27001
- Completed studies in computer science, Fachinformatiker, or equivalent vocational training
- Several years of professional and project experience, preferably in a software company
- Experience in the administration of Active Directory (AD) / Group Policies (GPOs), M365, Teams, OneDrive, and MDM with Intune
- Good knowledge in the areas of Active Directory, IT security, network technology, and backup
- Experience in the areas of virtualization (VMware), monitoring (PRTG), storage and backup concepts (Veeam), as well as firewalls (Sophos)
- Self-initiative, self-organization, and a structured, precise way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
