About the Role

As a Growth Data Analyst at HelloFresh, you will play a crucial role in supporting business growth through data-driven insights. This position is part of the International Marketing Analytics team, working closely with stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Your main focus will be on providing actionable analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and channel targeting. You will translate complex business questions into meaningful metrics, utilizing various databases and querying languages to access and present relevant data.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and create visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Design and execute A/B tests, lift tests, and other experiments to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business decision-making processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in growth marketing analytics
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics and statistical modeling, preferably in growth marketing or related fields
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and BigQuery, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and growth marketing platforms like Meta AA and ADH
  • A degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
