About the Role

We are seeking a driven Data Insights Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the growth and optimization of our business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Create custom data models and advanced analyses to drive key decisions and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for specific projects, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to visualize complex data and facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for analytical impact and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide recommendations and operational insights on existing and new processes, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Boost efficiency by identifying and implementing data process automation, enabling our team to focus on high-impact activities.
  • Proactively analyze data to provide insights, enhancing business strategy and planning, and driving growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with our Data Stack: DOMO (Visualization), Snowflake (Warehouse), and dbt (Data Modeling) to ensure seamless integration and maximum value from our data assets.
Your Profile:
  • 4 – 5 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst, preferably with a focus on sales data analysis.
  • Previous experience in business analytics, project management, and analytical implementation is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, and Python is required, with working knowledge of relational databases and their manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven experience of leveraging data for commercial advantage, and ability to consider both tactical detail and the big picture.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and strong communication skills, able to work at all levels of seniority across the business.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability are essential, with German language proficiency (speaking and writing) being a plus.
