People Operations Manager UK

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business units in the UK and Germany, ensuring seamless employee experiences and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in the UK and Germany, providing support throughout their entire employment journey.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management with precision and attention to detail.
- Visa Management: Oversee the visa process for international employees, ensuring a smooth relocation experience.
- Process Improvements & Projects: Spearhead the centralization and standardization of Global People Processes, creating and reviewing UK policies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of UK labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate and support diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, with good German language skills a plus.
