IT Director for Corporate Functions and Financials

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our Corporate Functions and Financials team. As a key member of the Freudenberg Group, you will be responsible for driving change in IT and enabling transformation within the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Core Applications, Business and Corporate Processes for Automotive Suppliers, Integration Services, Business Analytics Systems, and IT Service Management (ITIL). They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as an internal thought leader and problem solver to drive change in IT and enable transformation within the business.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve business processes and IT systems.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in IT or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in IT with a strong background in business models and strategies in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, HR, and Digital Business Processes.
They will also possess strong project management skills, with expertise in Project Management and IT Application Portfolio Management (LeanIX), as well as IT Demand Management Systems (ServiceNow).
