Position Overview
Cinemo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Front Office Team as an Administrative Assistant. This role requires a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute positively to our office culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and receive customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage deliveries, order supplies, and handle mail in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate facility management tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Coordinate with service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Organize travel for employees and applicants, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
- Assist the department with onboarding new employees, providing a smooth transition into the team
- Plan and organize events, ensuring all details are attended to
Requirements
- Education in hospitality or commercial field with a strong orientation towards service
- Previous professional experience in a similar environment is required
- Highly conscientious, reliable, results-oriented, and proactive
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Solution-focused with excellent communication abilities, fluent in both German and English
- Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment
