Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and reception to clients and visitors
- Manage deliveries, supplies, and mail with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate facility management tasks and maintain a well-organized office environment
- Arrange travel for employees and applicants with ease
- Assist with onboarding new employees and planning events
Requirements
- Education in hospitality or a commercial field with a strong service orientation
- Previous professional experience in a similar environment is required
- Highly conscientious, reliable, results-oriented, and proactive
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and fluency in both German and English
