Stewarding Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the stewarding department, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage and implement cleaning protocols in alignment with hotel standards.
- Procure cleaning agents, dishware, and necessary stewarding materials.
- Guarantee the appropriate storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct quality assessments and resolve any identified issues.
- Design and facilitate training programs for stewarding personnel.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have legal authorization to work in Germany.
- Strong character and personality traits are essential.
- Demonstrated high level of service orientation.
- Ability to work in a structured manner.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
- Dependability and resilience are key attributes.
