About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Drakestrasse Betriebsgesellschaft mbH. As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stewarding department, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met, and coordinating cleaning processes according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards in the stewarding department and staff canteen.
  • Coordinate and execute cleaning processes according to hotel standards.
  • Order cleaning chemicals, dishware, and other stewarding supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage of cleaning and working materials.
  • Perform quality checks and address quality issues.
  • Plan and implement training sessions for stewarding staff.
  • Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
