Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage a variety of services in Berlin, leveraging Via's state-of-the-art technology platform. Your role encompasses overseeing daily functions, driving ongoing enhancements, and promoting growth.
This position is also referred to as "Operative Leitung".
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee operational excellence and outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily activities in Berlin, acting as the main liaison for drivers and partners
- Evaluate performance metrics to pinpoint inefficiencies and streamline operations
- Address and resolve operational challenges in real-time
- Respond to driver feedback and customer inquiries swiftly
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to improve operational processes and stimulate growth
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
- Proactive and adaptable mindset
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Empathetic and composed under pressure
- Hands-on and motivated with project management expertise
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English
- Valid driver's license in Germany (B class preferred)
