**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our Product Development IDMS department at Veridos GmbH. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing international test teams, analyzing requirements, and creating test concepts, test specifications, and test protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage international test teams to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
  • Analyze requirements based on specifications and/or user stories to create corresponding test concepts, test specifications, and test protocols
  • Develop and implement test automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including software release notes
  • Support the creation of technical requirements for the test service supplier and review of offers

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing, including experience in managing international test teams
  • Certifications such as iSTQB Certified Tester Fundamental Level or similar and/or IT security-related certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)2 CISSP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is desirable
  • Proficiency in English, with German or the willingness to learn German
