Job Description

Are you passionate about test management and quality assurance? Do you have a strong background in IT and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a motivated Test Manager (m/w/d) to join our agile team in Munich.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test processes, test concepts, and test plans in accordance with industry standards
  • Improve and optimize our test strategy
  • Collaborate with our agile development team to deliver high-quality software applications
  • Document processes and procedures in quality and test management
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience in the test field
  • Proven experience as a Test Manager with a strong background in IT
  • ISTQB certification and proficiency in standard testing tools
  • Desirable: solid knowledge of the banking industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, Confluence, and Jira
  • High motivation, good communication skills, and a passion for working with people
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
