Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Test Manager, der unsere Kundenprojekte mit seiner Expertise in Softwaretests und Testautomatisierung vorantreiben möchte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Konzeption und Steuerung von Softwaretests innerhalb unserer Kundenprojekte
  • Erstellung von Testkonzepten/ Plänen sowie Steuerung der Ausführung durch die Testenden
  • Erstellung von Fehler- und Testberichten für unsere internen Zwecke sowie die Ergebnisse unserer Kundschaft zu präsentieren und mit ihnen die nächsten Schritte zu besprechen
  • Unterstützung des Teams mit Expertise und Steigerung bei Bedarf in die Testaktivitäten
  • Definition standardisierter Testprozesse, die in mehreren Projekten wiederverwendet werden können
  • Analyse bestehender Projekte auf Testautomatisierungspotenzial und Initiierung neuer Testaktivitäten
Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in agilen Projekten mit Softwaretests und Testautomatisierung
  • Kenntnisse von Tools und Frameworks wie Xray, JMeter, Selenium, Testim, Postman, SoapUI, Loadrunner
  • ISTQB-Zertifizierung oder vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Führung von Teams
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
