About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Freudenberg. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate production activities to meet quality, quantity, and timeline requirements.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members.

  • Support the planning and execution of production schedules, including shift planning and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or business studies, with a focus on production management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production management role, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in production planning and control systems.
