Cost Management Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Product Cost & Value Engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to achieve target costs for H-TEC's electrolyzer products.
- Define target costs for components and modules, and drive cost-down potentials from idea to implementation.
- Act as an internal consultant for optimizing product costs within design, manufacturing, and supplier negotiations.
- Develop processes and tools within the department.
About the Role:
Quest One is a global leader in PEM electrolysis, aiming to reduce greenhouse gases with our electrolyzers. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission by leading cost management and value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Studies in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in product cost management, value engineering, or a comparable position.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Sound knowledge in value analysis and cost calculation.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured, results-oriented work approach.
- Sound IT skills, including MS Office, databases, and ERP systems.
- Very good written and spoken English skills, ideally also German.
