Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at GIFFT GmbH. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, recruiting and training new sales staff, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Efforts
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new partners and expand existing relationships.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit and Train Sales Staff
    • Recruit, hire, and train a team of sales professionals to support our sales efforts.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor Sales Performance
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our partners and customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
    • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Internalized entrepreneurial drive and a passion for innovation.
