Risk Framework Specialist

Join EUREX Clearing AG as a Risk Framework Specialist and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Group Risk Management and Risk Governance Framework.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Framework Specialist to support the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of our Non-Financial Risk & Multiple-Risk Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk assessment, stress-testing methodologies, and the development of risk models.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk frameworks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Perform regular reviews and updates of risk policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Support the implementation of SREP requirements for ECAG.
- Prepare conceptual and methodological improvements of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for ECAG.
- Perform Pillar II calculations for risk reporting, capital, and strategy planning.
- Provide guidance to the Non-Financial Risk Management team to ensure effective implementation of the framework.
- Support risk reviews and contribute to audits and annual reports.
- Relevant university degree in a field related to risk management or a related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing Non-Financial Risk Frameworks, preferably in an international banking/securities processing environment.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations (KWG, MaRisk, SREP, ICAAP, EMIR, etc.).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
