Job Title: Risk Framework Specialist

Join EUREX Clearing AG as a Risk Framework Specialist and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Group Risk Management and Risk Governance Framework.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Framework Specialist to support the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of our Non-Financial Risk & Multiple-Risk Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk assessment, stress-testing methodologies, and the development of risk models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk frameworks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Perform regular reviews and updates of risk policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Support the implementation of SREP requirements for ECAG.
  • Prepare conceptual and methodological improvements of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for ECAG.
  • Perform Pillar II calculations for risk reporting, capital, and strategy planning.
  • Provide guidance to the Non-Financial Risk Management team to ensure effective implementation of the framework.
  • Support risk reviews and audits.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Non-Financial Risk Frameworks.
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulation (KWG, MaRisk, SREP, ICAAP, EMIR, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
