Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse II to join our team at Georgetown University in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials in the Cellular Therapy Program, working closely with investigators, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care and research excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials in the Cellular Therapy Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
  • Collaborate with investigators, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical trial protocols.
  • Recruit and screen study participants, obtain informed consent, and conduct study-related procedures and assessments.
  • Document and report serious adverse events, and ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and implement methods to alleviate barriers to patient and physician participation in clinical trials.
  • Participate in meetings, task forces, and committees as assigned, and contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, BLS certification, and RN license in the District of Columbia.
  • Three to five years of nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
  • At least two years of clinical research experience, with knowledge of clinical research, research processes, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and able to prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • At least one year of oncology and/or Cellular Medicine experience preferred.
