Als IT-Spezialist Unified-Communication bei der Knappschaft Kliniken Solution GmbH sind Sie Teil eines einzigartigen Verbundsystems, das die sieben Krankenhausverbünde unterstützt, an denen die Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See (DRV KBS) zu mindestens 50 Prozent beteiligt ist.
Im Verbund aller Knappschaftskliniken werden jährlich fast 1,3 Milliarden Euro umgesetzt. Neben den Knappschaft Kliniken gehören zum Verbundsystem der DRV KBS auch die Minijob-Zentrale, die Rentenversicherung, die Renten-Zusatzversicherung, die Kranken- und Pflegeversicherung KNAPPSCHAFT, die Seemannskasse und ein eigenes medizinisches Kompetenznetz.
Ziel der Knappschaft Kliniken Solution GmbH ist die Umsetzung von Synergien in allen Knappschaft Kliniken. Die Bündelung von Kompetenzen, ein passgenauer und lösungsorientierter Einsatz von Ressourcen und die Definition gemeinsamer Strategien sind Ziele, welche in den Geschäftsbereichen Einkauf & Logistik, Informationstechnologie, Marketing & Kommunikation, PflegeFlex, Servicecenter Personal, bei der Service Hotline für Patientinnen und Patienten und zukünftig auch im Servicecenter Finanzen täglich gelebt und verfolgt werden.
In diesem modernen medizinischen Umfeld suchen wir für den Geschäftsbereich Informationstechnologie einen IT-Spezialist Unified-Communication.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordination und Umsetzung der verbundweiten Telekommunikations-Strategie und Betreuung der im Aufbau befindlichen komplexen und zentralen Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur
- Aufbau, Konzeptionierung der Firmen-Internen Telefonie- und Callcenter-Strukturen
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung internen Service Prozesse
- Umsetzung von Standard-Changes in den Bereichen Telekommunikation
- Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anforderungen im Rahmen des 2nd Level-Supports sowie Dokumentation im eingesetzten Ticketsystem
- Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
