As a key member of our team at DataGuard, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract the best candidates for our open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting initial interviews and managing contract creation and onboarding.
  • You will take ownership of your own projects in Talent Acquisition, tailoring them to your strengths and interests, and contribute to our employer branding efforts.
  • You will play a key role in organizing various recruiting and employer branding events, contributing to our efforts in attracting top talent on all levels of seniority and enhancing our employer brand.
  • You will act as a true talent manager and sparring partner for our leadership team, actively supporting the build and development of their teams to meet both current and future requirements.

Requirements:

  • You should have completed studies in business administration, business psychology or comparable courses of study.
  • You should have strong analytical and conceptual skills, be proactive and professional with candidates and colleagues.
  • You should have excellent communication skills in German and be fluent in English.
  • You should have a clear head, a heart in the right place, and a willingness to perform and discern.
  • Initial work experience in the human resource field is a plus, but not a must.
