About the Role

Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our international FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial activities outside of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenues Forecast and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria
    • Enhance reporting and analysis for our direct sales channel
    • Collaborate with the Head of Market Access to forecast and monitor pricing and commercial conditions
  • OpEx Forecast and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate OpEx forecasts for GSA and selected international departments
    • Monitor resources sizing and tracking for Go-to-Market strategy
    • Process PO approvals and accruals
    • Maintain selected departments' expenses trackers
    • Coordinate and plan quarterly commissions
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Support the development of strategic plans for revenues and resources
    • Assist with business cases and investments
    • Backfill other team members as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Demonstrable working experience in FP&A, preferably in a public company
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems
  • Knowledge of financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAC)
  • Prior use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team-oriented and solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Open-minded and solution-seeking
  • Experience with new financial systems implementation is a plus
