Financial Business Analyst

AccorCorpo is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst to join our team in Munich, Germany.
About the Role:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of our hotels' results, generating insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with our Operational Management Team, General Managers, and Revenue Management team to develop and implement financial plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, including statistics and performance analysis, to monitor accounting closing and ensure data reliability.
- Business Review: Participate in regular business review meetings, analyzing hotels' P&L vs. last year, budget, and forecast, and implementing budget and action plans as needed.
- Financial Tools: Develop and maintain reporting tools to help follow-up on results and ensure accurate forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Annual Budgets: Support hotels and General Managers in their budget process, monitoring budgets and ensuring targets are met.
- Financial Processes: Conduct regular financial tasks, including data collection, reliability checks, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a similar field, ideally with a background in hospitality.
- Education: A degree in Business, Finance, or a comparable field.
- Skills: Strong financial and analytical skills, solid entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, advanced PowerPoint and Excel knowledge, and strong communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in German and English.
