**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Manager to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our production area, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commissioning and enablement of hydrogen plants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the technical and disciplinary aspects of the Documentation department, ensuring seamless collaboration with other teams.
  • Oversee the successful completion of customer projects, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain processes for document management and control, aligning with industry standards.
  • Take charge of technical editing and creating technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage the document management system and Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Act as the primary interface between departments regarding knowledge management, fostering a culture of collaboration and information sharing.
  • Plan and coordinate project documentation and document management, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Hold a degree in engineering, with additional training in document management and technical writing.
  • Bring experience in documentation in large-scale plant construction, as well as knowledge of standards for technical documentation creation.
  • Be proficient in common MS Office applications, SharePoint, and document management systems, ideally including Contact Elements.
  • Have several years of experience in managing employees, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills, enabling effective communication with colleagues and clients.
