**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute operational sales and generate new business opportunities through multiple outreach channels
* Conduct market research and develop GTM strategies
* Work closely with our ventures to understand their needs and provide tailored support
* Develop a T-shaped skill set and acquire expertise in core areas

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor or Master degree in business or related field
* Professional experience in start-ups, consulting, sales, or other commercial roles
* Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
* High interest in sales and excitement about daily customer interaction
* Openness to travel 3-4 days per week when working onsite at one of our portfolio companies
* Team player with great communication skills
* Passionate for numbers, data, structure, and analytics
* Fast learner with a start-up mindset
* German (native) and English at a negotiation level
