Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/ Cashier to join our team at PENNY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-presented.
- Sales and Merchandising: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including promoting products, maintaining visual merchandising displays, and ensuring that all products are accurately priced and stocked.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
Requirements:
