Job Title: Sales Associate - Fresh Food Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Fresh Food Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation and Maintenance: Ensure that our fresh produce is presented in an attractive and appealing manner, and that our shelves are well-stocked and maintained.
- Customer Engagement: Implement measures to excite and persuade customers to make purchases, and provide competent advice and courteous service to customers.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for correct pricing and assortment maintenance, ensuring that our products are accurately priced and that our inventory is well-managed.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
- Commercial Training: Commercial training, preferably in the grocery retail sector, is highly desirable.
- Product Knowledge: Solid product knowledge and a strong focus on freshness and quality are essential for this role.
- Customer Service Skills: A passion for retail and interacting with people, combined with strong customer service skills, is critical for success in this position.
- Teamwork and Communication: A customer-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility are essential for working effectively in our team.
