Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation and Maintenance: Ensure that our fresh produce is presented in an attractive and appealing manner, and that our shelves are well-stocked and maintained.
• Customer Engagement: Implement measures to excite and persuade customers to make purchases, and provide competent advice and courteous service to customers.
• Inventory Management: Responsible for correct pricing and assortment maintenance, ensuring that our products are accurately priced and that our inventory is well-managed.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

• Commercial Training: Commercial training, preferably in the grocery retail sector, is highly desirable.
• Product Knowledge: Solid product knowledge and a strong focus on freshness and quality are essential for this role.
• Customer Service Skills: A passion for retail and interacting with people, combined with strong customer service skills, is critical for success in this position.
