Global Enterprise Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities


As a seasoned Director of Enterprise Marketing, you will lead our global marketing strategy and planning efforts, focusing on large enterprise clients. This role is crucial for driving growth, enhancing brand awareness, and generating demand among potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B enterprise marketing, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully leading marketing strategy and planning.



  • Create and oversee our roadmap to enterprise marketing excellence
  • Define our key market segments at a global level, in conjunction with regional sales & marketing leaders
  • Develop narratives, competitive intelligence, and reasons to buy across the company, and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and more
  • Increase the volume and value of sales pipeline by coordinating globally consistent demand generation activity, including sales plays, C-Level influencer programs, and ABM insights
  • Establish a global standard in the tracking and reporting of enterprise marketing performance to drive continuous improvement and priority refinement

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise marketing in an international SaaS company, with a deep understanding of go-to-market, channel strategy, and optimization
  • Experience preferred in IT/OT market
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, collaborating with senior sales & marketing leaders and across regions
  • Proven success in developing long-term strategic marketing plans, through an analytical and data-driven approach, and a focus on ROI
  • A love for storytelling and an appreciation of regional market differences
