About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our cross-functional brand team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our vaccine business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the vaccine market.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional levels.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in economics, natural sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management for Rx products, with experience in vaccine business an advantage.
  • Experience in leading bigger interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Excellent digital/omnichannel marketing skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
