Product Manager

At Viatris, we empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of our vaccine business in Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional brand team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that maximize commercial potential.
- Develop and execute clear tactical plans to meet objectives, with a focus on KPI-driven results.
- Analyze market trends and health policy developments to identify opportunities and address market needs.
- Create business cases, manage product life-cycles, and provide strategic direction to sales teams.
- Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional levels.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics, natural sciences, or equivalent, with a qualification according to AMG § 75 paragraph 2 preferred.
- At least 5 years' experience in product management for Rx products, with experience in vaccine business an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary project teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent digital and omnichannel marketing skills, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
