About the Role
LUMAS is seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies in collaboration with our Product Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous analysis of email performance metrics and iterate on campaign strategies accordingly.
- Generate innovative customer engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Employ storytelling techniques to articulate the LUMAS brand and artist narratives, enhancing customer experience and loyalty.
Your Profile
- 3-4 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in e-commerce.
- An analytical mindset, skilled in converting raw data into actionable plans.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
- Eager to step out of the junior role and ready to take on more responsibilities.
- Business fluent in German and English.
