Job Title: CRM Freelancer

We are seeking an experienced CRM Freelancer to join our team at Babbel. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and deploying new initiatives and activities to drive customer value and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-visibility projects and drive new initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team, focusing on campaigns, automations, segmentation, data science models, and communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Platform, and Business Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM strategies.
  • Launch pre-defined CRM campaigns via relevant communication channels to achieve desired revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with CRM Managers to align on campaigns, segmentation, and tests.
  • Support, design, implement, and track CRM A/B tests.
  • Create, test, and deploy required landing pages for campaigns.
  • Analyze data, derive insights, and drive CRM performance forward.
Requirements:
  • Proven analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Expertise in multichannel CRM activities (email, push, in-app, web).
  • Ability to structure work and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to understand, communicate, and drive technical projects with Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Many years of in-depth experience in CRM, including strategic and leadership experience with a focus on revenue-generating activities.
  • Prior experience with Emarsys CRM Marketing Cloud, especially for the email channel. Experience with other similar tools like Braze, Iterable, Airship, etc. will be considered.
  • Good to have: experience in Contentful, Tableau, ESL (Emarsys Scripting Language).
  • Prior experience of doing CRM in a subscription business is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and email opt-in requirements.
  • A track record of finding innovative solutions and approaches.
  • A passion for data-driven approach to CRM activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
