Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and executing CRM campaigns to deliver targeted communication to our clients. This will involve creating and adapting CRM journeys, running tests, and analyzing the results to optimize their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns to engage with our clients and promote our financial products.
  • Create and adapt CRM journeys to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, and Design teams to deliver relevant content to our clients.
  • Ensure attention to detail in content creation, email design, and sendout of emails and push notifications.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to inform future optimizations.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Previous experience in finance or regulated markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools, with experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on finding pragmatic solutions for complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • First experience with HTML and SQL, with knowledge of AMPscript a plus.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English.
