Job Description

Client Engagement Specialist

At Dow Jones, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of our relationships with a defined set of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts
  • Provide regular reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and strategies to turnaround
  • Ensure customer training and product utilization through collaboration with the Product Training Specialist team
  • Oversee the renewal lifecycle, from pricing to invoicing and client support
  • Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer return on investment
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
